Gary King
The lowdown
Gary returns as first mate for a fourth season and spends it on a rollercoaster: a tender crash, a swim-and-kiss with stew Danni, and a lollipop that left engineer Davide bleeding. He swears off drinking mid-season, still pines for Daisy, then clashes with Captain Glenn after breaking the two-drink rule. Glenn's parting advice: think about stepping up to captain.

📍 Where are they now?
Gary has kept a lower profile since BDSY Season 5, posting sailing and travel updates from South Africa, including a month-long sail from Cape Town to Mallorca. As reported, two former production crew members named him in a 2025 lawsuit, and he has said it contains false claims.
