What went down

The pair arrive still raw from the Season 4 Colin love triangle. In ep 1 Gary apologizes, but Daisy says 'this isn't going to be the last time he hurts me.' In ep 2 she warns him she won't babysit him and he balks at picking up her stews. In ep 6 she calls his kiss with Danni toxic, and he apologizes, promising to reflect on his behavior.

How it landed

They settle into an uneasy truce mid-season. Daisy later said, 'I'm absolutely fine with Gary... we live very separate lives.'
