Glenn Shephard

The lowdown

The captain loses the season-three anchor-watch gamble with Tom and fires him, then spends Season 4 wrestling a saltwater-flooded engine, a snapped turbo and a sliding interior standard. He goes full tough-love on quality control, threatens to boot a brawling charter guest, and signs on for another season with his 'right arm' Gary.
