What went down
After the yacht runs aground on Tom's anchor watch in ep 6, Glenn takes away some of his duties. In ep 7 Glenn calls him into the crew mess over yet another anchor-watch slip and fires him mid-charter. Tom takes it professionally.

At the reunion Tom said, 'it was my fault. There's no getting around that.'
