🧭 Mentor · Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 4
Captain's Honest Feedback for the Chef
What went down
Joining the guests for dinner in ep 2, Glenn notices Ileisha's small portions and slow timing. In ep 6 he gives her blunt feedback in the tip meeting about the long waits between courses, which puts Daisy on the defensive.
How it landed
Ileisha kept pushing and finished the season proud of herself.
