🧭 Mentor · Below Deck Adventure Season 1
Captain coaches his soft-touch bosun
What went down
Kerry told his easygoing bosun to get control of his team in ep 2, and stood by Lewis when Seth pitched for his job in ep 9. In ep 10 he mentored Lewis in the wheelhouse and suggested promoting a lead deckhand so Lewis could focus on his career path.
How it landed
Lewis finished the season as bosun.
