First Mate vs. Rookie Deckie

What went down

Parker called out Paget's swearing at a crew dinner in ep 7. A botched beach-picnic setup in ep 11 sent Parker into a spiral, and a tense moment with Paget and Jenna during the beach setup helped push him to his breaking point. In ep 12 he argued with Glenn and Paget in a performance meeting, then resigned.

How it landed

Parker left the boat in ep 12.
