What went down
Madison stayed up night after night to hang out with Parker in the crew mess (eps 5-6) and, per Bravo, 'fell harder' for him in ep 8. In ep 9 she left him a late-night note and breakfast, which Parker showed to Jenna and Paget, while he admitted he was open to reuniting with his ex Kaiti. In ep 10 Parker told Madison he loved her as a friend.
How it landed
Unrequited. Parker resigned in ep 12 and got engaged to Kaiti; he called Madison his best friend on the boat.
