What went down
Tension began when Jenna sent Madison to set up a beach picnic with little notice (ep 5) and grew as Madison bristled at Jenna's galley flirting. After Jenna hit a breaking point in ep 9 and asked Captain Glenn how to proceed 'with or without her', the two sat Madison down in ep 10. Madison's dig about Adam and Jenna using the master guest cabin in ep 12 drew Jenna's wrath, and Jenna was still snapping at her during the final charter.
