Chief Stew Clash: 'You're Not a Good Leader'
What went down
Natalya ran the interior until Tumi arrived late in ep 2, and their management styles clashed immediately (ep 3). When Natalya failed cabin inspections in ep 4, Sandy threatened to remove both of them if they couldn't get along. In ep 7 Natalya told Tumi 'you're not a really good leader' in a meltdown loud enough for guests to hear.
How it landed
Per Reality Tea, Tumi settled most of their differences before Natalya left in ep 9. E! lists the Tumi conflict as one reason for the exit.
