🧭 Mentor · Below Deck Mediterranean Season 7
Bosun Crowns Courtney Lead Deckie
What went down
After deciding in ep 11 that he needed to delegate, Storm promoted Courtney to lead deckhand during an awkward crew night out in ep 13, a move that rattled the deck team. Talking about the promotion on a date with Natalya then sparked his ep 14 meltdown.
How it landed
Courtney held the lead deckhand role through the finale. She had switched from stew (S6) to deck and said deck fit her personality better.
