Near-Fatal Carpaccio Puts Chef on the Brink

What went down

Guests complained to Sandy about Jono's food as early as ep 4. In ep 13 he served tuna carpaccio to a guest with a severe shellfish allergy that she had flagged about 15 times. Sandy called it a fireable offense and looked for a replacement chef.

How it landed

No replacement chef was available, so Jono kept his job. Nobody was fired in S9.
