Chef Lies to Captain About the Onions
What went down
Adam deliberately served onions to a guest who had banned them, then lied to Captain Sandy that he hadn't used any. He later admitted to Hannah he did it 'out of spite.' Sandy kept him on, citing mid-season staffing, and still handed him his tip.
How it landed
Sandy later told Bravo she would have fired Adam had she known the full story. She still brought him back as chef for season 3.
