Don't Call the Bosun 'Sweetheart'

What went down

Pete undermines first-time bosun Malia, calling her 'sweetie' and 'sweetheart'; Sandy holds a bridge meeting on respect (ep 3). After his conduct toward Bugsy, Pete is demoted from lead deckhand (ep 7) and bristles at Malia's criticism (ep 8).

How it landed

Bravo fired Pete in June 2020 over a racist post and edited him down; Alex later became lead deckhand.
