🔥 Feud · Below Deck Mediterranean Season 4
Bosun vs. Barefoot Slacker
What went down
João spends the season trying to motivate 'lazy' Jack: threatening to fire him at 2:37 a.m. after a night out, writing him a list of expectations (ep 7), and arguing about Jack going shoeless on the tender (ep 8). In ep 12 João discusses firing Jack with Sandy and gives him an ultimatum.
How it landed
Jack's effort improved and João praised him late in the season; Jack stayed through the finale.
