⚔️ Rivalry · Below Deck Mediterranean Season 3
Deckhand Plots to Steal the Bosun's Job
What went down
Ambitious João undermined bosun Conrad from the start, planning to report him to Captain Sandy and deliberately letting him 'fail on his own.' They argued over slide procedures in ep 10, and in ep 12 it got physical with shoving after João called Hannah a gold digger.
How it landed
Sandy praised João and promised him the bosun job next season, while she said Conrad would 'probably never make it.'
