Onion-Gate: Chef Adam Goes to War With Hannah
What went down
Adam told Bugsy, within Hannah's earshot, that he liked her better than Hannah, and later suggested Bugsy should replace Hannah as chief stew. During the no-onions charter he called Hannah a derogatory name. Hannah reported him and his onion deception to Captain Sandy, and by ep 10 they were still sniping over his 'soup and salad' menu.
How it landed
They made up and got closer (see their kiss).
