The Oxford-born chef on loan from the original Below Deck, all dress whites and dramatic menu disputes. He dodged Hannah's advances in Season 1, ended the season with Tiffany, and parachuted back in mid-Season 4 to save the galley.

Chef Ben came back in 2026, running the galley on Below Deck Down Under Season 4 (premiered February 2026). It was his first full season in 11 years. He also sailed as a guest chef on the Sea Cloud Spirit in January 2026.
