Jason gave Tzarina honest feedback (a 'tough' duck in ep 2) but praised her self-awareness and told her to focus on what went right (ep 3). Their biggest clash came in ep 17 when she refused to do a guest-requested teppanyaki show ('I'm not doing it'); in ep 18 he talked her round, and the guests loved it.
