What went down
From the first charter (ep 2) Ryan plated food before guests were seated and blamed Aesha for the timing, while she questioned his yacht experience. In ep 10 he and Magda trashed Aesha behind her back at dinner, leaving her in tears; she confronted him in ep 11. Captain Jason fired Ryan in ep 14, and Aesha celebrated not having to 'look at his face anymore.'
How it landed
Ended with Ryan's firing; he continued to criticize Aesha in interviews after the show.
