Phone vs. Laundry: Aesha Loses Patience With Magda
What went down
Aesha moved Magda onto service to keep her focused, but Magda argued with her in front of a guest (ep 7). In ep 9 Aesha found Magda had napped for five hours mid-shift, and Magda pushed back angrily. After Magda and Ryan vented about Aesha in ep 10 and more phone time in eps 12-13, Aesha told Captain Jason to bring in an experienced replacement.
How it landed
Magda was let go at the end of ep 13 and left in ep 14.
