⚓ Fired · Below Deck Season 10
'Cool Cool': Alissa Gets the Boot
What went down
In ep 12, after Alissa defended lounging on deck while Tyler worked, Sandy warned her she'd be 'off this boat so fast.' Alissa walked out saying 'cool cool' and called the captain by her first name. Ep 12 ended with Alissa summoned to the bridge with Ross as witness, and in ep 13 Sandy fired her for insubordination and gossip.
How it landed
Alissa told her crewmates she was fired 'for literally nothing'; Leigh-Ann replaced her in ep 14.
