Ross Wants His Cake and Alissa Too

What went down

Hours after kissing Katie in ep 4, Ross also kissed Alissa. He got close to her again in the hot tub in ep 6 and on the ep 8 night out, then the two were all over each other at Saint Lucia's mud baths in ep 10, with Katie looking on. In ep 12 Alissa's flirting threatened to end Ross and Katie for good, and Ross was visibly sad when Alissa was fired in ep 13.

How it landed

Ended with Alissa's firing; Alissa told E! News she 'wouldn't call it a love triangle' and that she and Ross had an understanding on nights out.
