Rosa Bristles at Rainbeau's Micromanaging

What went down

From the first charter, Rosa, who has more years in yachting and has worked as a chief stew, felt second stew Rainbeau was micromanaging her. When Rainbeau walked her through unfinished jobs at the end of a shift, Rosa told her to trust her and go to bed. Rainbeau admitted she felt overwhelmed. The trailer shows the tension building into a 'rumor mill' row later in the season.

How it landed

Ongoing. Rosa's take after episode 1: 'It's gonna be a long six weeks if this is her management style.'
