'Katie,' a Dropped Tray and a Too-Soon 'I Love You'

What went down

In episode 2 Matt told Chef Moe he liked 'Katie' (he meant Kaylee), and Moe passed the news along. Kaylee got so flustered running into Matt that she dropped a tray of drinks. On the night out they kissed in the street, and a tipsy Kaylee told him 'I love you' before quickly taking it back. They ended the night sharing the VIP cabin, where Kaylee said she wanted to be exclusive and Matt laughed it off. In episode 3 Matt told Alex he had slept with Kaylee; Kaylee denied it to Fraser, who didn't believe her. Matt then said he wanted to be exclusive, and Kaylee started jokingly calling him her boyfriend.

How it landed

Ongoing. They're officially exclusive, though Matt is still flirting with other crew members.
