⚓ Fired · Below Deck Season 3
Chef Leon Gets the Boot After the Galley Fire
What went down
Investigating the ep 9 galley fire, Captain Lee concluded a dirty oven was to blame. Fed up with Leon's attitude toward Kate, he told the chef it would be his last charter; Leon laughed it off and left immediately, suggesting Rocky take over the kitchen.
How it landed
Chef Ben Robinson was flown in to replace him by the end of ep 10; Leon declined to attend the reunion.
