⚓ Fired · Below Deck Season 11
Captain Kerry Boots His Bosun
What went down
Jared over-dropped the anchor in ep 1, failed to call stern distances on the ep 2 docking, and called erratic distances again in ep 6. That night's drunken confrontation with Kyle woke the captain twice. In ep 7 Kerry told him 'you need to depart the vessel', calling him his 'own worst enemy right now', and promoted Ben to bosun.
How it landed
Jared accepted it, saying he 'actually felt a little bit lighter'; Dylan joined the deck in ep 8.
