'Leadership Isn't Just Hiring and Firing'
What went down
When Fraser came to the bridge wanting Barbie gone (eps 3 and 11), Captain Kerry pushed him to separate business from personal and 'not act on emotion', then brokered the Fraser-Barbie reset himself. He later challenged Fraser to support Chef Nick as he had Anthony (ep 14).
How it landed
Kerry called Fraser the best chief stew he'd worked with; they became friends and reunited for S12.
