What went down

First-time bosun Kelley struggled with headstrong senior deckhand Trevor from the first charter. After Trevor's antics on the first night out (ep 2), Kelley demoted him to deckhand in ep 3. Later that night Trevor mocked Kelley's military service, and Kelley kicked him off the boat for the night.

How it landed

Captain Lee sent Trevor home the next morning (ep 4).
