What went down

Lauren pulled Nico away mid-'Kate-frontation' in ep 8, which Kate saw as insubordination. Lauren and Nico grew tired of what they called Kate's manipulative ways (ep 13). Kate sat them down in the finale over gossip about the master-cabin incident, and Lauren apologised.

How it landed

Partial truce: Lauren apologised and Nico walked out of the meeting.
