Lead Deckhand Calls Out the Missing Breaks
What went down
Jess and Damo commiserated over Caio's chaotic break schedule (ep 3), and Jess told him directly the team was frustrated. In ep 5 Caio blamed Jess for an issue he'd helped cause, she told Captain Kerry he was 'scatterbrained', and she reminded Caio in front of others that Kyle hadn't had a break, which he resented.
How it landed
Caio was fired at the end of ep 5; Jess kept the lead deckhand role under Hugo.
