Jess & Bárbara Try to Make It Off the Boat
What went down
Bárbara had a crush on Jess but held back while Jess and Solène were a thing (ep 7). The two kissed at Carnival and again at the beach club (eps 8-9), until Jess went back to Solène, leaving Bárbara in tears. Jess apologized, asked Bárbara on a date in ep 11 and the pair shared a bunk from then on. In eps 15-16 they debated a long-distance future.
How it landed
They left planning to meet in New York but split soon after filming, with each telling a different story of why (Bárbara on WWHL, Jess on Reddit).
