What went down
Jen felt under-appreciated and Bri felt she was carrying Jen (ep 6). Jen picked a drunken fight with Bri on the St. Barths night out (eps 6-7), and they clashed again when Jen took a long lunch break (ep 10). In the finale stew meeting Jen complained about 'that one' (ep 14).
