💘 Boatmance · Below Deck Season 8
Hot Tub to Guest Cabin: James & Elizabeth
What went down
James started flirting with Elizabeth in eps 6 and 8, they made out for hours in the hot tub in ep 9 and kissed again in eps 10–11. It soured in ep 12 when she didn't defend him from Chef Rachel and he talked about hitting on women on Instagram, but in ep 13 they made up and slept in a guest cabin without permission. Captain Lee warned James in ep 14, and he snubbed Elizabeth's 30th birthday before she was fired in ep 15.
How it landed
Over when Elizabeth was let go; James was openly relieved and turned his attention to Ashling (ep 16).
