What went down
After the ep 8 night out, Alissa sobbed that Fraser wasn't holding Camille accountable. With Camille gone, Alissa's own attitude came under the spotlight: she cried after Fraser's feedback in ep 10, took calls from her mother on the sun deck mid-charter in ep 11, and was held accountable by Fraser after her ep 12 run-in with Sandy.
How it landed
After her firing (ep 13), Fraser said Sandy had helped him 'drop the weights he didn't know he was carrying.'
