🔥 Feud · Below Deck Season 8
Chief Stew vs. Second Stew, Round After Round
What went down
Francesca gave Elizabeth extra stripes as motivation in ep 3, then spent the season radioing her for slow service, a bleach mishap and missing rosé (eps 5–8). Captain Lee refused her request to fire Elizabeth in ep 9 ('the devil you know'), so Francesca demoted her a stripe; she later caught Elizabeth and Izzy criticizing her (ep 10) and exploded over the guest-cabin incident (eps 13–14).
How it landed
Francesca fired Elizabeth in ep 15 — the first stew firing in Below Deck history.
