Sierra Cracks Under Ben's Tasting Menu

What went down

Sierra volunteered to help Ben with a picky guest's 12-course tasting menu (ep 4), botched the tuna and salad, and ended up crying in the corner and talking about leaving. Kate had Ben give her a (very short) pep talk the next day (ep 5).

How it landed

Sierra stayed; she later said Ben 'has my heart forever'.
