What went down
Nudged by Kate, Ben left Valentine's flowers in Emily's bunk (ep 7), and they went on a first date in ep 8, where she politely declined a kiss. After an awkward second date and Ben questioning a psychic guest about their future (ep 9), they finally kissed and spent a hotel night together in ep 12. Emily wobbled in the finale (ep 14) after Ben's clinginess around Kate, but they kissed and made up.
How it landed
Stayed close after filming and launched an online cooking show together in early 2017; their dating status was never confirmed.
