The 22-years-in-the-business replacement chef arrived in ep 13, scrubbed the galley and wowed the guests. He refused to garnish anything, though, which put him at war with one-stripe stew Paris and at odds with Fraser.

Season 11's relief chef went straight back to his day job, cooking on superyachts (he celebrated his 42nd birthday on board a yacht in Connecticut), and hasn't chased reality-TV fame since.
