The French-trained, zen-talking chef cooked through Tahiti with flair and occasional fury: a chicken dinner that backfired, a living sea-creature centrepiece Kate vetoed, and a rivalry with Ashton over Laura. In the finale Laura told him his comments had made her uncomfortable, and he apologized at the reunion.

Chef Adrian is still cooking as a private chef and has settled in Oregon after yacht gigs in Florida and Saint Martin. He and partner Grace welcomed a daughter, Poppy, in 2022.
